CREDIT for Educators Who Buy or Sell Through Us!

*Credit is available only to Buyer/Seller who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with The Maryland Real Estate Team, LLC with Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase/sale of real estate in Maryland. The credit is to be credited to buyer/seller on the HUD 1 and used towards client's closing cost only. Buyer/Seller does not receive any monies directly from The Maryland Real Estate Team, LLC or Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland. Credit may be subject to lender approval. If Buyer/Seller has a loan that prohibits credit, credit will not apply. Buyer/Seller must be eligible to participate in The Maryland Real Estate Team Housing Partnership to Recruit and Retain Member Educators. The rebate is valid only if the broker commission actually received at the close of escrow/settlement is at least 2.5%. For homes with a final price of $99,999.99 or less, the rebate is not applicable. Purchases from $100,000 to $149,999 receive $500 credit. Purchases from $150,000 to $199,999 will receive $750 credit. Purchases over $200,000 receive $1,000 credit. All buyers must sign a Buyer's Representative Agreement and all sellers must sign an Exclusive Right to Sell Contract with The Maryland Real Estate Team, LLC with Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland before any credit will be issued. Participants that are both buying and selling through The Maryland Real Estate Team, LLC will receive a separate credit upon proceeding to final settlement for buying and a separate credit upon proceeding to final settlement for selling.
